NJ Assemblymen discussing education/teachers. All of this teacher accountabiity?restrictions on tenure? ,,?

Tenure is a horrible concept. I agree, all teachers aren't bad and all parents aren't good. If the kid doesn't listen in school...hold the parents responsible. But if a teacher isn't doing their job...they should be fired. Plain and simple. Bring back paddling!!!
