Mexican Football Section: FIFA Ranking Mexico 32 and usa 13? How is the Ranking corrupt?

I honestly think Cruz Azul is playing the dead dog role. In the past Cruz Azul would always be in the top 3 slots and out of nowhere they're like in 5-6th place? i really think that they're playing sloppy intentionality so other teams wont see them as a threat, and so themselves wont get too confident like in recent years and get knocked out the liguilla instantly. so I really think Cruz Azul is gonna win, maybe just by one goal but they're gonna win.
