Seeing gore and losing control of my body?

This is all at a time around 12:50. When I was going to bed I was extremely jumpy. I had seen the real version of smile.jpg and did spread the word a little. I had put the disturbing image at the back of my mind so I could sleep. I was thinking happy thoughts and was slowly falling asleep, but my right hand formed the scissors position like in rock, paper, scissors and "cut" at my left wrist. That scared me very much as I was awakened from my light sleep. After that, every time I closed my eyes, whatever I thought about turned to gore, I saw severed baby heads, peoples eyes were blacked out, and they all had creepy smiles. I forced myself into a restless sleep, waking at random times. What is wrong with me? Serious answers only please.
